Step 1
Initial Contact
Contact our office to discuss your child's needs. Our team will answer your questions and begin the intake process.
Step 2
Insurance Verification
We verify your insurance benefits, obtain any required authorizations, and explain your coverage before services begin.
Step 3
Behavioral Assessment
A Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) completes a comprehensive behavioral assessment to identify strengths, challenges, and treatment goals.
Step 4
Individualized Treatment Plan
Based on the assessment, the BCBA develops a personalized treatment plan designed specifically for your child.
Step 5
Therapy Begins
Your child begins one-on-one ABA therapy with a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) under the ongoing supervision of a BCBA. Progress is continuously monitored, and treatment plans are updated as your child grows and develops.
