Cancellation & Billing Policy

This policy applies to all Maxx Life Wellness membership plans and is agreed to at the time of enrollment.

Membership Commitment & Billing
  • Memberships are billed on a monthly recurring basis via the payment method on file.

  • By enrolling, members authorize Maxx Life Wellness to charge their selected payment method automatically each billing cycle.

  • Membership benefits become active immediately upon successful payment.

Cancellation Policy
  • Memberships may be canceled at any time with written notice or through the designated cancellation process.

  • No refunds or reimbursements will be issued for:

  • Unused months

  • Partially used billing cycles

  • Unused services, credits, or membership benefits

  • Upon cancellation, members will retain access to their benefits through the end of their current paid billing period.

  • Membership access and benefits will not renew after the current cycle ends.

No Refund Policy (Strict)
All membership payments are non-refundable.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Months not used

  • Benefits not redeemed

  • Services not scheduled

  • Changes in personal availability or circumstances

Membership pricing reflects bundled value and exclusive access, not individual service usage.

Failed Payment & Grace Period Policy

In the event of a failed or declined payment:

  • A 10-day grace period will be granted to resolve the payment issue.

  • Members will receive automated notifications regarding the failed payment.

  • On the 7th day after a failed payment, a staff member will attempt to contact the member by phone to assist with updating payment information.

  • If payment is not successfully resolved by the end of the 10-day grace period:

  • Membership access may be temporarily suspended

  • Benefits, discounts, and booking privileges may be paused

Membership access will be restored once payment is successfully processed.
Responsibility to Maintain Accurate Billing Information

Members are responsible for:

  • Keeping payment information current

  • Ensuring sufficient funds are available

  • Responding promptly to billing communications

Failure to do so may result in interruption of membership access.
Policy Updates

Maxx Life Wellness reserves the right to update or modify membership policies at any time. Members will be notified of material changes when applicable.
