Annual Payment Option: Patients may choose to pay for their membership annually by contacting or visiting our office. Annual plans include 2 months free (equivalent to paying for 10 months). For example, the Core Plan at $49.99/month can be paid as $499 for the year. Annual memberships must be paid in full at the time of enrollment and are non-refundable.
